Hello English 101-17,
My name is Alexis Ritter. I'm attending Bloomsburg University for my Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN-BSN). This school has only been the extension on my knowledge in the medical field as I come from the military (US ARMY NATIONAL GUARD-PA) as a combat medic, (68-W). I have been through the "hell" they call basic training in the military and "survived"; as well as entered into the job training of the second leading MOS in the Army. This is by far the best job I have so far in life, I'm in love with the tasks I'm handed in the military as well as the goals I achieve and reach in life, not only inside the military but beyond it as well.
Family is also a huge part of my life I believe everyone should have a support system whether it be from close friends or family or even just guardians willing to love and care for you. We all need to be loved and taken care of in life. I have a fairly large family with four different parts (maybe more if you count the extras) My mothers, father's, stepmother's, stepfather's family. My Brothers and I have dealt with the masses of family members from a young age. Unfortunately I have no sisters, only two older brothers and one younger half-brother (I don't consider him half, I consider him fully my amazing little brother!!!). Their names are Evan Micah, 24years old, Clay Emmanuel, 20 years old, and Drake Robert, 8 years old.
Hobbies and interests in my life include listening to music, drawing up new tattoos to someday enjoy, and driving everywhere under the sun. I also love to sing, my terrible voice (yikes!!!) (most people don't know that, except maybe my roommate and my neighbors in the dorm who tend to hear me often). Any other questions or comments about my life, feel free to post below and enjoy your wintery weekend ahead!
My Hometown is originally Shindle, in Mifflin County, but currently I reside at Port Royal in Juniata County Pennsylvania. I have moved often in my life, but not as much as a military family.
Sincerely-crazy redhead, Lexi Ritter
